National company requires goal orientated, motivated, energetic, enthusiastic people to be trained into sales positions that will deal with customers on a national level.
Job requirements:
- Applicants must have the potential to be trained as junior managers within 90 days and thereafter be developed into sales managers on a senior level.
- Junior managers are required to manage a team of 3 to 5 people.
- Being a team player with a social component will be essential.
- Positivity and ability to learn and sacrifice will be cardinal.
- Applicants will be expected to see clients on an out of town basis from Monday to Thursday returning home on Fridays.
- Travel/transport is paid for by the company.
- All training provided and focus on growth is the ultimate goal in the short term.
- The company offers all that is needed to succeed but the applicant will have to be driven, willing to learn, presentable and possess a lot of ambition to grow and better their current position in life.
- Sales on a one on one basis will form the foundation in the first 3 months and thereafter sales management with a small team will take over as the priority.
- Basic R8000+Car allowance R2000+Commission +/- R13000 currently
