KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND TASKS
- Manage existing business and provide the necessary support to customers
- Provide training based on the science of cleaning and application
- Effective management and support of direct reports
- Focus on account acquisition and account management including ongoing service, support, and sales development to respective accounts. Liaise with Sector Managers on a regularly to provide support and ensure actions are closed.
- Perform white spot prospecting to include water treatment, enhanced sustainability and operational efficiencies (water, energy, and chemical usage), global innovations and identification of other opportunities.
- Monitoring and reporting of all accounts utilizing the corresponding tools, such as Salesforce. Monitoring and reporting should include win/loss analysis, market intelligence, and other key learning.
- Work intensely and directly on application expertise and execution delivery, including customer training and merchandising to reinforce value proposition and brand equity.
- Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target (quota) achievement through new account research and acquisition planning, leveraging sector expertise, and local intelligence.
- Liaise with TCS to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts
- Implementation and use of Commercial Excellence tools

- Demonstrated success in direct consultative sales role with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience in field sales, customer marketing, and customer training and technical, in addition to knowledge of working with key or strategic accounts.
- Valid drivers license
- Must be willing to travel
- Exposure to Food Service, Retail industry and Hospitality
- Understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices, equipment and products
