Your Mission In This Role
- Take ownership of sales in your assigned region to reach sales targets and grow the South African market
- Drive sales on the phone by responding to the needs of the customer
- Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs
- Take initiative with your own ideas to reach goals and make an impact on the business
- Create brand awareness and new sales through working with schools, universities, job centers, fairs, promotional events, and local partnerships
- Collaborate with international colleagues to reach our goal to continue to be the largest, most trusted au pair program in the world
Personal Qualifications
- You love connecting with people over the phone and in-person to understand their needs so that you can successfully pitch our program
- You believe nothing is impossible, and love to find solutions
- You are driven to hit and exceed sales targets
- You take ownership of your ideas and make them happen
- You are goal orientated and have good time management
- Bachelors Degree
- 1+ years of sales experience with a proven record of hitting sales targets
- Experience of working or living abroad for 6+ months is preferable
- A Driving License is a plus
- MS Office
