Job description:
- Phoning sales leads;
- Meet the minimum customer sales calls weekly;
- Meet the minimum targets weekly;
- Updating weekly sales reports;
- Answering incoming client inquiries;
- Solving client queries on a daily basis;
- Have a clear understanding of Company policies;
- Step in to support other functions to improve business processes e.g. consistent failure to pay within credit terms
Requirements:
- Strong and clear communication skills (Excellent English);
- Strong computer experience;
- Extremely customer focussed and understanding of customer needs;
- Good listener;
- Confident, reliable, friendly, likable character;
- Pro-active, motivated, eager to succeed character;
- Knows how to set goals, priorities and is good in time management;
- Ready to learn character;
- Adaptable to internal changes;
- Sales and customer service experience
