SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE job brief
Purpose
The purpose of this position is to support the work done by renovation manager. This role arise because our renovation managers need to spend more time advising the home owners instead of going out meeting people who are inquiring. We find that the best way to utilize the skills of the renovation manager is to break the role into two functions. The sales development representative will look after customers who are making renovation inquiring. They will also be assessing the decision stage of these home owners in order to only move them towards meeting the renovation manager when advise and deciding on how to execute the renovation should be planned.
Key Objectives role
The following are the key objectives of this role
- Generate leads through referral program of the company
- Answer question that prospects have after seeing our outdoor adverts
- Meet prospects and assess their needs and make suitable renovation price packages that can save them money.
Responsibilities of this role.
- Be able to respect prospects time by showing up to meetings when you set them.
- Be creative in coming up with ways to leverage referral program offered by company
- Coming up with various ideas on how our lead generation initiative could be made more effective.
- Propose outdoor advertising messages a company can use and language to use to gain maximum response
- To be able to work without requiring supervision
- Use all available resources including advertising budget of the company
- Communicate well and explain the renovation site activities of the company.
- Be able to meet and strike conversation with people easily
Required experience
- A female with practical vision.

- Grade 9 and NCV on business, commerce and management studies or Grade 12 and National Diploma ( Management, Marketing, Public Relations or business management will be given preference)
