The role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in mutherboard.com's growth and scalability. Your key responsibilities include lead generation, prospect qualification, and arranging meetings for our sales team.
Working closely with our Directors and sales team, you will identify potential customers and develop strategic outreach plans, with a specific focus on engaging SMBs and non-profits interested in monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers and generating fresh business opportunities through various channels, including Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, and video.
- Qualifying outbound leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Monitoring and tracking progress towards attaining sales goals.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to formulate effective strategies for meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Staying updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry advancements.
- Actively participating in networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and generate new leads.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), seeking the next step in your career.
- Proficiency in utilising CRM software.
- Self-starter wanting to join a growing organisation and be the first SDR on the ground.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with effective sales techniques and strategies, including SPICED and/or MEDPICC.
