Sales Development Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a relentless "sales hunter" mentality and a hunger for financial success. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and engaging with potential referral partners and direct clients through cold calling efforts. This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement and a profit share commission incentive for top performers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (150+ per day) to accountants and FX brokers to establish and nurture relationships as referral partners.

Identify and qualify potential direct clients through proactive prospecting efforts.

Articulate the value proposition of our financial services and solutions to prospects.

Schedule appointments and follow-up calls/meetings for Account Executives to further qualify leads and close deals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies and campaigns.

Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements Requirements:

Proven track record of success in a high-volume outbound sales environment, preferably in the finance industry.

Strong cold calling skills and a "sales hunter" mentality with a relentless drive to achieve targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals and targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with CRM software.

A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
