About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative position. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively communicating how our client's services can address those needs. The ideal candidate will be upbeat and have excellent communication skills, be resilient in the face of objections, and possess a strong ability to build rapport quickly.

What youll be doing:
- Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing them to our clients marketing solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through research and outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent and effective outreach efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Experience in cold calling or outbound calling.
- Deep understanding of sales best practices and techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Must have experience working in digital marketing sales.

Salary: USD 900 - USD 1200 per month + Commission
