Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing Sales Strategy, Tactics and Sales Plans.
- Maximising New Business Development through Sales Managers.
- Optimizing pipeline management and accurately measuring stages of deals.
- Engaging and driving product development and enhancements with Product Development to stay ahead of competitors.
- Responsible for managing all payroll sales managers and teams in the medium segments.
- Develop team members to exceed goals using a multifaced approach that includes coaching, training and goal setting/ tracking and implementation of development plans.
- Drive and ensure quota achievement per product line.
- Measure existing KPIs, pull actionable insights, and build/maintain dashboards and reports that illustrate progress against quarterly basis.
- Building relationships between teams and Business Partners.
- Drive instant execution within the teams.
- Forecast quarterly sales volumes for budget / resources planning and be able to present to leadership team
- High level project management of all new contracts and services to the prescribed clients.
- Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and competitor activities.
