The role:
An individual creation of sales content to support sales colleagues in their meetings and proposals so we would need someone with a creative mind and an eye and flair for creating engaging material
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy with global leadership
- Collaborate closely with local sales leadership to identify key performance gaps and areas for improvement
- Support the local sales team in improving their sales processes, methodologies, and tools, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their effectiveness in engaging prospects, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and data to identify trends and insights.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication between cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales enablement efforts with broader business objectives.
- A good background in sales enablement or a related role.
- Good understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to translate them into practical enablement initiatives for local teams
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and solutions is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
