Summary Of Role Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable financial growth through sales and forging strong relationships with all clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets with required budgeted company gross and business margins
- Execution of the sales strategy.
- Formulate fit for purpose proposals to designated target markets with support from the tendering lead/bid team/subject matter experts.
- Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share
- Meeting and knowing influential individuals in the Energy business
- Ensure that the Company does business with quality customers who honour their contractual payment obligations
- Own the proposal's development process and successfully turn it into sales
- Compile compelling sales support tools (presentations, case studies, brochures etc) showing your understanding of customer needs and the transformative value our solutions bring
- Enable growth of recurrent service offerings at key customers accounts by upselling and cross selling,
- Conduct, improve, extend, develop, promote, protect and preserve the business interests, reputation and goodwill of the Company
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Formulate On Site Total Energy Efficiency Proposals specifically addressing client buying criteria and needs and requirements.
- Devise tactical strategies to integrate into key must win customers strategies/ business plans
- Communicate effectively with operations and subject matter experts to ensure the best possible solution for clients.
- Engineering Degree
- Additional Sales qualification advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years successful experience in the Energy Efficiency Industry
- Minimum of 5 years proven new business sales experience in the industry
- Able to analyze market trends & competitor behaviour
- Strong in negotiating and closing business deals
- Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal and Communication skills
