SrsSolar, is on the hunt for a sales superstar to join their crew.
If you've got the charm, can smooth-talk your way through a conversation and tenacity to close a deal then this position is for you.
Our marketing magicians will generate hot leads for you to swoop in and convert into sales. – no cold calling.
You'll be part of an energetic team, with a shared vision of giving the power back to the people, one solar panel at a time.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting sales leads generated through marketing efforts
- Engaging in sales conversations with leads, explaining company products and services
- Asking relevant questions to understand and document customer requirements
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Updating and maintaining sales activity and customer account records in the CRM system
- Identifying new business opportunities through customer interaction and referring these to management
- Generating quotes
- Reporting sales activity to management in weekly update reports or meetings
All required systems training will be provided
Requirements and skills
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales
- Excellent communication in both written and spoken English
- Ability to learn company products and services, present these over the phone and deal with customer objections or complaints
- Own computer
- Drivers license with own transportation
- Self-motivated, hard-working, ability to self-manage time and activity
- People orientated
Remuneration
- Basic salary
- Performance based commission
