As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel products within the Southern Europe market, primarily focusing on French and Italian destinations but with potential involvement in other markets. Your role will also include supporting our sales and marketing departments in developing these products.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Establish and maintain client contact through phone and email to address booking inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Build strong rapport and engage with customers and Travel Agents.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Respond to client inquiries (booking, brochures)
- Utilize Talkdesk and HubSpot as needed.
- Advise customers about any changes before or after booking, such as inventory changes.
- Provide customers with detailed product information prior to booking.
- Maintain and update customer data in our CRM and booking system.
- Contribute to projects related to the sales and marketing department.
- Participate in administrative tasks, including handling client payments over the phone, bank transfers, and managing reminders and debtors.
- Proficiency in French and Italian (or Spanish and Italian).
- Previous experience in sales is preferable
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of European geography.
- Customer focused approach.
- Team spirit and ability to work autonomously.
- TICO Certified (or willingness to complete the required training).
