We require the services of a dynamic lady to do both admin, typing, general office duties as well as sell women's products and empowerment workshops to corporates and the general public.
Job requirements:
- From time to time you will be required to attend company sponsored events, ladies networking breakfasts, conferences, women's expo's, fairs, etc.
- Our superstar needs to be confident, presentable and have an outgoing personality -
- We offer lots of room for growth, up to R300 per day - working approx 9am - 5pm (calculated pro-rata - hourly - thereby offering lots of flexibility) plus a 5 - 25% commission fee on turnover and performance bonuses.
- We also invest in you with training courses for your career growth and provide you with an interesting, exciting, varied job.
- A typing speed of min of 40 wpm with a proficiency in secretarial work, word and excel (microsoft access an advantage).
- A bubbly, friendly, sociable person who likes speaking to people and who enjoys the thrill of making sales (negotiation skills a plus).
- Our lady to be highly organized, neat and efficient with good planning skills.
- Social Media postings (good letter writing /copywriting therefore an advantage as well as previous knowledge/courses social media marketing).
- A meticulous worker. Attention to detail is imperative with a good eye for layout (must be able to present neat, professional documents).
- Enthusiastic creative input - Someone who is independent, is able to work on their own, resourceful, can keep themselves busy with their own valued added initiates/inventions and work without supervision.
- A good command of the English language and an excellent speaking voice.
- A lady who is able to run errands, attend workshops, visit clients, so therefore your own motor vehicle is essential.
- Only non smoking ladies will be considered for the position as well as those who have their own motor vehicle.
