As a New Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of our customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your goal will be to provide an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information and demonstrations of new vehicles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits of all vehicles.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in automotive sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
