What youll be doing:
- Make high-volume outbound calls from a range of leads to potential customers.
- Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's service
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Efficiently monitor and track your activity on a daily basis to ensure you're on going to hit and exceed monthly targets.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with B2B or B2C experience (Exposure to International customers in particular the UK market is advantageous)
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets
- CRM Experience (HubSpot Preferable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the difference between value and features
- Highly competitive salary R17, 500- 25, 000 per month base salary depending on experience
- Uncapped Commission structure

All of our roles require regular time in our office in the Central Business District in Cape Town. Unfortunately, we do not offer fully remote roles but we support hybrid working wherever possible. However, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations many of our Operational and Commercial roles are fully office based.
