Job Requirements
- Understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals including product positioning, pricing, and distribution preferred.
- Able to interface with existing customers and sales teams to increase customer exposure to products and services.
- Engaging presentation skills with ability to adapt do different audiences.
- Self-starter with outgoing and results-oriented personality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ages between 18 – 26 years old
- Grade 12/Metric
- Needs Experience in sales and marketing for their small business
Responsibilities in this program include:
- Coordinate retail promotional campaigns to identify new customers and clients.
- Communicate face-to-face with customers at on-site marketing campaigns to promote products, provide service support, and establish proper channels of information and communication, and increase sales.
- Develop marketing strategies and sales techniques for our client’s on-site retail sales & marketing campaigns.
We provide full training for the right candidates. This position is paid on a combination of base, salary, commission, and bonuses. No door to door sales or telemarketing are involved.
