Reports to Branch Manager / Senior/Area Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Technicon Diploma in relevant subject matter to the clients' business or equivalent through solid sales / business management expertise.
- Preferably more than eight year of progressive experience in sales with a minimum of three yearsexperience in managing a senior sales / business team.
- At least three years’ experience in the Air Conditioning Industry.
- Financial & business acumen.
- Excellent coaching, motivational & interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales/business results.
Job Purpose & Scope
- Responsibility for the financial performance of the branch sales team by setting strategic goals and plans, which are consistent with overall business objectives.
- Develops and coaches the branch sales team to deliver the branch business plan through the use of sales programs, methods and tools.
- Implements & maintains sales management best practices to set the standards for excellent sales performance.
- Leads a team of sales individual contributors.
