Principal Accountabilities:
- Effectively obtain profitable results with the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Map potential customer s& generate leads & new opportunities for the organisation. Maintaining & improving relationships with the existing clients.
- Manage the sales admin function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes & systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships
- Managing the sales team
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team
- Plan & implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities & performance standards or each member of the sales team
Minimum Requirements- Diploma or degree in sales & marketing would be advantageous
- 3-5 years' experience in managing position
- Relevant financial, computer system and procedure experience.
