As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and growing an effective sales team, meeting sales quotas, and finding and managing sales partners. You will also play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.

We are looking for a proven sales professional with a focus on B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS industry. You should have a track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies and leading teams to achieve their goals. Strong leadership and management skills are a must, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on HR technology
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Experience with sales automation tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a sales team to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Identify and manage sales partners to expand the reach of our recruitment SaaS platform
  • Provide support and mentorship to team members to help them achieve their sales goals
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as client services and product development, to ensure alignment and maximise sales efforts
