Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead sales strategies tailored to solar products, aiming to exceed sales targets and expand our market share.
Inspire and guide the sales team towards exceptional performance, fostering a culture of success and professional growth.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the solar energy sector, including distributors, contractors, and end-users.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in solar energy to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless flow from product development to customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of projects and customers, ensuring CNBM remains a preferred choice in solar solutions.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with expert knowledge and timely, customized solutions.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, presenting insights and strategies to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong preference for specialization in renewable energy or solar technology.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the solar energy sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of the solar product market, including technical aspects, installation processes, and regulatory environment.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.
Skilled in negotiation and relationship management, with a knack for identifying and closing deals.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools, coupled with strong computer literacy.
