- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the heavy cargo logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy cargo logistics sector.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and negotiations to secure new contracts and business deals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure continuous development of team members.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
