Location: GVI Office in Westlake, Cape Town AND remote working
Hours of work: Shifts including late night shifts.
Remuneration: Basic + Commission

Your Mission:
As a Sales Enrollment Manager, you'll be the guiding star for potential participants seeking to volunteer, intern, or study abroad with GVI. Your charm and charisma will light up the sales journey as you engage with clients, offer expert advice on our programs, and inspire them to embark on life-changing experiences. You will use a combination of email, phone calls and live chat to close deals with hot leads. You will form part of the GVI sales team who work shifts across different time zones in a hybrid environment.

Armed with deep product knowledge, you'll be a pro at nurturing leads, closing sales, and spreading the word about our impact. Your Superpowers: (Requirements)
  • A proven track record of sales success that sets you apart
  • A minimum of 2 years of live chat agent experience
  • 3+ years of sales expertise within the tourism/ education industry, with a proven track record of success 
  • Fluent in the art of spoken and written English
  • Masterful at multitasking and organisational wizardry
  • Tech-savvy: CRM and G Suite preferred (Salesforce advantageous)
  • Phone manners that could charm a dragon
  • A burning passion for driving positive change in the world
The Extra Shine: (Nice to haves) 
  • While not a must, prior experience volunteering abroad is advantageous
  • Experience working international hours doing sales or customer service with the EMEA, APAC and USA markets 
KPIs that Fuel Your Journey:
  • Champion lead conversion across multiple channels from inquiries to callbacks for EMEA, US, Canada, and APAC
  • Ignite revenue growth through engaging live chat interactions
  • Be the compass of participant expectations and program knowledge
  • Play your part in achieving business goals through a minimum revenue contribution
