The purpose of this position is to manage a Sales team in the Medium Business, focusing mainly on Payroll & HR. The manager will be responsible for driving new
business opportunities, ensure consistent growth through onboarding of new logos. Maintain a consistent high level of service delivery. Crucial part of this role will be meeting with
current customers, new customers, and BPs face to face, educate and promote the business through enough communication, relationships, business analysis audits finding and other
account analysis. Maintaining and growing the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets.
- Responsible for managing a Sales Team in the medium segment.
- Develop team members to exceed goals using a multifaced approach that includes
plans.

Technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the
- 5+ years in management role (Beneficial)
- Drive and ensure quota achievement per product line.
- Measure existing KPIs, pull actionable insights, and build/maintain dashboards and
- Building relationships between teams and Business Partners.
- Drive instant execution within the teams.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales volumes for budget / resources planning and
- Responsible for recruiting/hiring process, ensure onboarding and continuous
- Interlock with sales reporting on sales opportunity quality with clear pipeline-based
- High level project management of all new contracts and services to the prescribed
- Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and competitor activities
