About the company and the position
A trading company operating in the Health & Beauty segment is looking for a Sales Manager (remote work, incoming calls). We are an in-house project of e-commerce platform Plado - http://plado.one/. We have been successfully operating in the African market since 2022 and are now launching in South Africa. We are looking for an enterprising and passionate person who is not only willing to work as a Sales Manager but also has a desire to grow into a Sales Team Leader position.
During the first three months you will be working directly with customers, processing purchase orders, studying products and scripts. Then, if you are willing and perform well, you can move to a supervisor position, where you will be responsible for recruiting and managing your own sales team.
Duties
- To sell (incoming leads)
- Process purchase orders (no cold sales), call customers to confirm orders, upsale
- Work with scripts and checks
- Work in the CRM and create shipping orders in the personal account of the shipping partner
- Interact with management on a daily basis: chats, calls to discuss day's results
- The work day from 8 am to 20 pm (one hour lunch break).
- Remote work (you can work at home)
- Language: English
Requirements
- Skills of selling
- Telesales experience
- Experience in sales of Health & Beauty products will be an advantage
- Stable internet connection during working hours and own laptop computer
- Proactivity, ability to work with objections, stress resistance, responsibility
Reward
Fix + percentage of sales.
When execution is high, total expected income per month: between 10,000 and 20,000 ZAR.
