Job Description
As the Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal force in driving our growth and expanding our reach. Your role involves establishing and leading a dynamic sales team, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships. You'll play a critical part in delivering our cost-effective, tailored VR/AR training solutions to businesses of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and nurture client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and propose customized solutions within the landscape of innovate VR/AR solutions.
- Present our VR/AR training offerings to prospective clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Building and maintaining leads database.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assistance in the management of day to day operational issues related to the business.
- The management of a small team with regards to operational elements of the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Benefit not requirement).
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales, ideally within technology, training, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of leading and motivating sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A deep understanding of the VR/AR landscape and its applications in training would be a benefit but not a requirement.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Previous experience in the VR/AR industry or familiarity with immersive technologies.
