We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Lead with a proven track record in international markets, particularly in the UK, Canada, South Africa. As the Business Development Lead, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence and revenue streams in these regions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and creating customized staffing solutions tailored to the unique needs of each market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the UK, Canada, South Africa, and the Middle East.
- Identify and prospect new clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts within the specified regions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations in the international markets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client staffing needs and propose tailored solutions that align with regional requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and conduct contract negotiations specific to the international markets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the designated regions.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development activities related to the UK, Canada, South Africa, and the Middle East.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and work to resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cross-selling and upselling staffing services across the international markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business development within the staffing industry, with a proven track record of successfully handling UK, Canada, South Africa, and Middle East markets.
- In-depth knowledge of the staffing industry dynamics and regulations within the specified international regions.
