Our client in the Constantia Kloof Roodeport area is searching for Sales Officers who have 3 years + of experience to market their various B-BBEE compliance solutions and strategic skills development.
Remuneration is based on: OTE: On target Earnings with 20% guaranteed pay and 80% variable on reaching target. Fixed basic salary + Commission
Need to have own vehicle and create a successful Sales pipeline.
Primary duties;
• Arrange a schedule of visits to potential clients by contacting people and making appointments.
• Meet with clients to inform them about the services – for all business entities.
• Develop and update knowledge of services and the products of our competitors.
• Liaise with other sales and marketing personnel at to determine the best methods of promoting services.
• Provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution to clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
• Respond to client queries in a timely fashion.
• Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
• Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
• Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
• Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
• Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
• Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
• Maintain customer contacts and mailing lists.
• Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
