Position Summary
We are in the market for a Sales Operations and Partner Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in Cape Town.
As Sales Operations and Partner Specialist, you will support critical vendor and proposal response and partner operations that drive DigiCerts business success.
What You Will Do
Vendor Information Completion
- Accurately identify vendor requirements for PO submission, accounts receivable and collections
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to prioritize vendor information.
- Execute vendor information requests regarding security, compliance, and other company-related information.
- Ensure DigiCert is a registered vendor for key accounts and meets bid requirements for select regulated sectors/entities.
- Facilitate technical responses on product information requests for strategic deals, vendors, or partners.
- Perform final reviews of vendor and proposals information for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
- Accurately identify proposal information requirements, due dates and evaluation criteria
- Support proposal owners in delivering high-impact, visually compelling, and complete proposals on time.
- Monitor proposal pipeline, including analyzing wins and losses and prepare proposal success details.
- Review partner applications and ensure submissions are in line with program requirements.
- Support various partner operations initiatives as required.
- Education: Relevant Degree or Diploma
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of business terminology, principles and information-gathering techniques to assess, organize, and respond with accurate information.
- Organized, and high attention to detail and accuracy in written work, quick learner, problem-solver, self-starter, and flexible with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, complete tasks, and exercise independent judgment for issue identification and communication to various business functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide superior customer service in working with various levels throughout the organization.
- Experience or familiarity with Internet-based technologies and/or comprehensive understanding of the business world and its day-to-day operations is preferred; and
- Proficient with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and ability to quickly adapt to new computer technology.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, and proposal management solutions
- Demonstrated interest in or understanding of information security technologies and markets.
- Experience or interest in technical writing and graphics design skills (e.g. Visio, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
