A dynamic, self-starter candidate is required to join a small, newly established market research/industry intelligence company as a project coordinator, the position is massively sales driven.
Job requirements:
- This is a commission based position so do not waste time if this is not for you, requires lots of hard work and sacrifice.
- For the serious seller earning potential is unlimited and very rewarding to a go getter.
- It might take you 2-3 months to earn commission, be able to support yourself until then.
- The position is available immediately and it is urgent due to current client base and deadlines.
- Successful candidates must have the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- For the right person, this would be a ‘dream job’ as the position offers a high degree of flexibility with the ability to work on your own time and in some cases from home.
- A strong passion for African development will go a long way.
- Good communication skills, a great attitude and a desire to be recognized.
- Own car with valid driver’s licence and laptop and smartphone is essential.
- Excellent communications skills in English essential
- French and/or Portuguese working proficiency would be advantageous
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly and easily
- Comfortable working with excel documents
- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude
- High level of communication, planning and organizational skills
- Patient but able to persevere through extended and complex sales cycles

- Media or advertising sales experience advantageous
