Dynamic sales professionals required for rapidly expanding Leadership Development organisation based in Gauteng
Need to be comfortable opening doors at the executive level in large corporations, governmental departments and parastatals
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Our service is mostly involved in training executives in becoming world-class leaders through leadership development programmes which can be tailored to meet organizational specifications and world-recognised coaching professionals through our in-house coach training programmes, who after attending our programmes are thus empowered to transform their organisation by applying leading coaching techniques in their organization with a management structure adhering to the multiplier principles which set leading organisations apart from their piers
We offer an advance of R5,000 a month against commission, but expect you to earn many times that each month in commissions
