Looking for Sales Agents on a Commission basis
Purpose of this position
To achieve set monthly sales targets by selling of new franchise branded vehicles, demo models and used cars from Multiple approved new car Dealerships countrywide
Minimum Qualifications
The suitable candidate needs to be highly driven and passionate about Sales, coupled with being target driven and able to cope well under pressure. Proven Sales (cold calling) experience, and car sales experience is required. High earning potential offered, on a commission only basis, for the right individual.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prospecting.Visiting and setting up of appointments with Corporate Companies, Small businesses individuals etc. Follow up customers seen or contacted.Daily administrative duties. Present required company image. Ensure neatness of personal appearance when representing The Company.Self-development, continually improve and memorize product knowledge of all brands being sold by company
Additional information
Must have a current and up to date data base to start working from, Must have own transport, Must have own mobile phone, Commission incentivised payment plan only – more details during the interview. Must be able to communicate and persuade potential customers on all levels. Must be trust worthy loyal and committed to reach set monthly targets. Must be self-motivated driven and must have self-discipline to be able to work unsupervised. No medical, pension fund or other benefits other than the incentive scheme mentioned above.
