Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
� Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure
� Research and analyse sales options and identify business opportunities
� Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone
� Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients
� Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for target market
� Conduct product training
� Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
� Participate in sales events
� Monitor competitors, market conditions
Education and Experience
� Excellent communication skills in English with proven persuasive power
� First-rate computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint , telephone etiquette and work ethic
� Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization
� Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines
� Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
� Knowledge of customer service principles
� Knowledge of basic business principles, Understand how business decisions are made and strong business development skills
