Sales Representative

Area: Kempton Park, Gauteng

Package: Gross R24000 pm. (After 3 month probation medical aid, provident fund, company car)

Relocation: If you live anywhere outside of Gauteng (and meet the requirements) and is prepared to relocate and to come and live in Gauteng please apply as the company is prepared to relocate and pay the relocation expenses of successful applicants.

You will be expected to travel to Gauteng at your own cost for interviews with the company.

Responsibilities:

To develop yellow machine parts & spares equipment sales in his territory
To implement the commercial policy defined by head office , using company standards
To be responsible of dealer and user accounts, prospects, for all segments (Quarry, Construction, Small Industrial, Mining, Port)

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

This position is suitable for Males & Females aged 20 - 27. Please do not apply if you are older.

Very strong technical skills.

No clock watchers. Lots of travelling – minimum of 3 weeks away from home per month. Ideal applicant will have minimum home responsibilities.

Proven ability to work independently and proactively
Ability to respect processes and to apply validated sales techniques
Work as individual and part of team
Must be willing to get their hands dirty: climb in under trucks, working in the mine pits etc.

PREREQUISITES

Educational level or equivalent :

- Technical and commercial skills

- Communication expert

- Professional experience :

- at least 1 year spent successfully as Account Manager

- Specific training or accreditations :

-Excel
