Global Direct is looking for an intelligent and eager Sales Representative; who is confident in presenting our products and prepared to travel. The ideal candidate should have passed matric and South African ID. Very passionate about client service, building relationships, out of the box thinker. Have strong sales drive and work independently & in as a team with good reporting skills. The company is based in Alberton.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
