Purpose Of The Job
To obtain and implement profitable new business sales and achieve the annual new business target stipulated. The purpose of which is to grow the company's gross profit.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with Transportation & Logistics experience
- Experience and skill in Territory management
- Experience generating leads, client interfacing, cold calling, & creating proposals.
- Keeping abreast with industry vertical news, updates, challenges, etc.
- Experience maintaining good relationships with new business accounts.
- Experience preparing customer proposals as required by customers and potential customers.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills (written & verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Target/goal-focused.
- Customer service and sales orientated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Attention to detail.
