Duties & Responsibilities
As a agent, you will be in charge of communicating customers to exsiting and some new customers.
Offering them our products, doing the full end-to-end sales with our customers over the phone.
Objection handling customers with the features and benefits of the products.
Following the script as and when needed, taking down details properly.
Achieving Targets and meeting all Targets of the respective campaigns.
Attending training and development sessions, upskilling, and adapting to the environment.
Receiving feedback, and working on improvements going forward.
Being on time for work Monday to Friday.
Attention to detail, Goal orientated, Target Driven individuals should apply.

Matric
No sales experience needed as long as you are open minded to leraning and put in a 100% in your job
