Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will oversee the entire sales process, engaging with prospective clients, managing leads, and maintaining relationships. This role involves both inbound (referral partners and paid advertising) and outbound (cold prospecting) sales efforts, requiring confidence and comfort with English-speaking US clients.
This consultative sales role is aimed at understanding client needs and ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team post-sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management and Prospecting:
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) for tracking leads and client interactions.
- Conduct outbound cold prospecting and respond to inbound leads.
- Identify and engage potential clients through email, Slack, and sales calls.
- Hold 30-45 minute consultative sales calls to understand client pain points.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, helping them determine if Keystone Bookkeepers is the right fit.
- Send contracts and facilitate the handoff of closed clients to the onboarding team.
- Maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and sales pipeline.
- Provide updates on sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Represent the company s as a premium service provider.
- Build trust with clients by showcasing confidence in the companys high retention rate and superior service quality.
Required:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in professional services.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with minimal accent.
- Comfort and confidence conducting on-camera sales calls with US-based clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
- Motivated by financial incentives and results-driven.
- Experience selling to property managers or investors.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping services or related industries.
- Knowledge of Slack for internal communication.
