The Impact Youll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative for Medical Solutions Division at South Africa, Cape Town you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• Leading and managing the sales territory
• Implementing sales objectives
• Determining growth opportunities
• Supports from leading Clinical and Marketing teams

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree or higher from an accredited institution
• At least 10 years sales experience in the MEDtech industry
• Clinical excellence/Skills-including analysis of clinical trials & outcomes
• Former positions e. g. Nursing; Wound care; Medical environment; Operating room experience; Microbiology; Physiology

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• Training- & Presentation skills
• Excellent Communication skills including excellent knowledge & understanding of medical terminology.
• Excellent Negotiation- & Selling skills
• Being able to work in a team and independently.
• Highly motivated; self-driven; positive
