Job responsibilities:
- Monthly Target Achievement
- New Business development
- Effective Client and Customer relationship management
- Development of sales leads
- Monthly area customer numeric achievements
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective new business
- Increasing customer base
- Develop and follow up on quotations
- Dealing with customer queries
- General administrative tasks
- Generate activity and result reports
- Execute effective after-sales service
- Ensure communication to all customers on current, general trade deals, specials, etc.
- Rep deliveries done only in case of emergency, in which case all paperwork and monies to be handed in with 24/48 hours
- Ensure no over stocking of products.
Job requirements:
- 3-5 years direct and relevant experience in a sales function within an FMCG industry.
- Strong work ethic and highly organised
- Strong ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
- Numerical and literacy skills
- Negotiation skills
- Valid drivers’ license and own transport essential
