We are an Industrial Automation company based in Honeydew and we are looking to recruit a successful internal and external sales representatives to join our team.
Job requirements:
- Previous experience will be advantageous.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Must have a vehicle.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience working in a Customer Services or Sales Administration role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- It is crucial for the candidate to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service even if it means working overtime from time to time.
- Starting date: Immediate
- Training will be provided.
Job responsibilities:
- Compiling quotes and confirming product availability with various suppliers.
- Working closely with the team to ensure that customer orders are processed and delivered timeously.
- 3Monitoring the estimated time of arrival of stock and advising customers accordingly.
- Completing and submitting sale reports on a weekly basis.
- Collecting and delivering goods from time to time.
