The company is looking for an individual who is organised, disciplined, self-motivated and an extrovert. The industry has long established customers who require relationship management and targeted selling.
The company will provide technical training on the products, main focus will be beer and spirit clients
The job involves servicing an existing client base. Tasks involve understanding and learning the technical requirements of the products, making appointments, developing a relationship with the clients, analysing client needs, observing trends and gathering information pertaining to the client base in order to best target the client, analysing past sales (Pastel accounting), providing solutions to the clients and analysing the sales route to develop a strategy with visits.
We are looking for person orientated towards sales. They must enjoy working with people, be disciplined, be self-motivated, show initiative and be academically inclined in order to learn the technical parameters of the products.
Experience and academic qualifications that relate to sales will be advantageous but not essential.
The company will provide a structured salary with a basic, provident fund, quarterly incentives and an annual incentive. In addition the company provides a company car, cell phone and laptop.
The structure delivers a cost to company of between R10-R15k CTC per month.
