Direct Sales Agents
An extremely forward thinking and dynamic company, with offices across South Africa, is looking to recruit eager motivated graduates. This role would suit someone who has sales, team leadership or management experience and has not had an opportunity to climb the corporate ladder.
You will be working in a lively, competitive sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and effectively presenting key features and benefits of products to secure new business. In addition, the role will involve teaching, training and developing new employees. It is essential that you have impeccable communication skills and are well presented.
The long-term goal is for you to develop into a registered independent franchise manager over a period of 12-18 months.
Ongoing training in leadership development and management skills is delivered throughout your career with us.
