DUTIES
* Receiving and making calls
* Taking action of incoming queries
* Resolving complaints from customers
* Retaining of clients
* Upselling of products to clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
* Matric/Senior Certificate
* Clear Credit and Criminal Records
* At least 2 years sales/customer service experience within the BPO (UK Contact Centre advantageous)/ Retail / Hospitality / or a Frontline Service Industry
* Fluency in English & an excellent command of English (neutral accent) is vital
* Good Communication and Listening Skills
* Have a flair for problem solving and must be an analytical thinker
* Contactable references
* Must be able to work in a rotation shift environment
BASIC SALARY: R6500 + Commission
BENEFITS: Medical Aid, Pension, Meal s& Shift Allowance, Transport (subsidized)
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: Permanent
