Sales secretary is needed for the company based in Klerksdorp.
Job responsibilities:
- Answering and operating the switchboard.
- Redetecting calls.
- Operating the intercom system & the gate.
- Typing of any correspondence, reports, methods, etc., for all staff members.
- Compile new customer cards when required & do computer updates of existing cards during price increases.
- Dealing with customers on a daily basis as necessary, including providing refreshments as needed. Design of graphic brochures, presentations, cleaning manuals, etc. for customers.
- Updating monthly production figures.
- In putting sales figures for reps on excel spreadsheets.
- Work out monthly usages for certain customers.
Job requirements:
- Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
