Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing, nurturing and converting leads into successful clients. This role is critical to our organisation and requires a highly motivated individual who is not only passionate about digital marketing but also possesses exceptional sales and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and potential clients.
- Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the clients needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for target markets.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within a digital marketing environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
