The Senior Sales Specialist with expertise in the datacentre industry and advanced infrastructure solutions, exposure with working Data Centre Infrastructure, structured cabling, integrated security (CCTV), access control and perimeter beams, work force management and manage services. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth by developing strategies, managing client relationships, and leading sales efforts in the datacentre and advanced infrastructure segment.
Building and developing excellent stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients, whilst developing new business channels and territories will be a core focus of this role.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Specialist in the datacentre and advanced infrastructure industry, with a track record of driving sales and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of datacentre solutions, advanced infrastructure technologies, and related sales processes.
- Solid business acumen, with a sound understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals, targets, and sales strategies specific to the datacentre and advanced infrastructure segment.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Technical knowledge to understand and effectively communicate complex concepts to customers.
