The Sales Specialist Mother and Child Solutions to work within and support the South African Rental structure.

The purpose of this position is to champion, and drive forward, the growth of the business within the Mother and Child Solutions for both Public and Private sector.

As the Sales Specialist Mother and Child Solutions you will be responsible for:

Duties:
  • Conduct Market Analysis (Market Size, Share and Growth Opportunities)
  • Develop new markets and maintain existing markets through planned individual account support, and liaison
  • Marketing drive to develop sales through the RT tender and off tender
  • Continuous demonstration on products and end user training within the public sector facilitates
  • Build relationship with potential customers for developing new business and analyzing needs
  • Execute action plans which will positively affect revenue growth and profitability
  • Sales reporting on activities, planners, rolling forecasts, market share, install base and database maintenance
  • Manage the end to end process including collections of accounts receivables
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Recording sales and order information and doing analysis
  • Maintain and communicate weekly planner and daily activities, complete the outcome and actions to follow up on
  • Forecasting
  • Manage the CRM system with all activities (Salesforce)
The experience, qualification and skills you will need:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred nursing)
  • At least 2-3 years work experience in a similar role in the Health Care Industry, with proven sales track record.
  • Experience in business development in the public sector at all levels is a non-negotiable
  • Understanding of Procurement Processes in hospitals are essential
  • Customer service orientated and focused
