Minimum:
- 2+ years administration/processing experience preferably in retail banking
- 1 2 years electronic banking and credit card experience
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Knowledge and understanding of documentation processing and management principles
- Understanding of the concepts of client service and efficiencies
- Working in an environment of repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of Business Bank products and services
- System and reporting knowledge: BaNCS, BaNCSConnect, Debit Card (Postilian), Credit Card Prime & On-line systems, Footprints, Ghost Conveyor system, CIPRO, ITC/ Transunion, ODS reports
- Communications Skills
- Administration Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Clear criminal and credit record
