- Manage the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
- Analyze and report on e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention, to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Oversee the company's customer service team, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments, and develop plans to target these markets effectively
- Monitor and manage the e-commerce marketing budget
- Improve the customer experience and increase conversion rates by analyzing customer acquisition channels and experimenting with new ones to optimize and scale customer acquisition
- Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices, and integrate new technologies and tools to improve the company's online presence and sales performance
- Ensure the company's e-commerce operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy and consumer protection
- This role is directly reporting to the Head of Growth
- At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (experience with Power BI or similar is a plus)
- Proficiency in Shopify
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Skill for structure and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- A passion for growing and an undeniable desire to succeed
- A track record of leading diverse and inclusive teams
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
- Personal interest or experience with marketplaces (for example Amazon) is a plus in the long run
